Very friendly, really nice new build for the cats with good heating system. But best of all the views for all cats, stunning country fields. I chose the room with a view of the chickens
Absolutely brilliant service, my Mrs was scared how Polly would be , but she was absolutely fine when she came home . Were so grateful we couldnt ask for any more! Absolutely beautiful place, beautiful people, beautiful care ! Were so happy thankyou so much best cat hotel ever !!! (In fact I want a week there its that good ) !!! This brand new cattery is lovely. My cat stayed there for 2 weeks and was very happy there. The rooms for each cat are very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend trying Lilac Lodge.
First time we've ever left our 8 year old cat with anyone other than family but Sal, the owner, made us feel so at ease and reassured us that he would be well looked after, we didn't worry at all. We had a text from Buddy that made us laugh and we could tell Sal and her husband had spent a lot of time with Buddy because they described his character perfectly. He's already booked in for our next holiday.
We wouldn't mind spend in a week with this lovely couple. The cats runs are amazing. Just picked Millie up and she looks Great, well cared for. I would highly recommend this cattery.
